Sergio, Be careful. While not being completely negative because I think
Brazil will be first world country in the next twenty year, it is a
country to be careful in. My wife who is Brazilian has stopped me
looking into property there a number of times, because there is not the
same sort of returns as you find in the US or Australia. In addition
Brazilian business is very slippery, and you may find that not all is
as it seems. Know your people well. Otherwise a fantastic country. Tell
me if it works out. I would be interested.
