Better you be dishonest with your spellchecker and honest with your motives.
You're a broker so you can plunder the MLS and list your personal properties
for your personal gain, NOT so you can be a professional who helps people
buy and sell their homes. You'd wait till the bank forclosed on a homeowner
LONG before you would list them and settle for a 6% commission and you know
it.
