Rich, I thought you might have meant Shiller...that chart in the NYT
piece is basically a reprint of his Nasdaq chart from the first edition
of Irrational Exuberance! He actually publishes these housing indices,
unfortunately it is for-pay stuff, though you do see them quoted a lot
in news pieces:
