I had an expirience of fraud on my CitiBank card. I rang them and told them
it was fraud, they sent me an afferdavit, which I signed indicating that I
was not lying. They refunded the money onto my card and nothing else was
ever said.

Don't forget that all major credit card companies are the same all over the
world; Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc, there are slightly different
rules in diffrerent countries but the companies themselves are pretty much
the same. Of course in America you can loan your credit card to people, you
can't do that here.
