Yes, I'm not sure how many people would actually choose their bank account
based on what 08* number they had to dial to contact them <-- thats the
example that was given my OFTEL.

Though "competition" could have uses re: completing data services - if they
want to do that they should do it on 0844/0871 as 0845/0870 are too
"established" - will still be hell for normal consumers who wont know the
price of each call (pricing simplicity out of the window)
