Thank you for your responses! I have a follow-up question: If instead
of renting the second condo out, I want to combine the two units for
myself. As far as mortgage is concerned, can they be considered
owner-occupied? Or are they still separate purchases (i.e. one
owner-occupied and one investment). Note: The CC&R's do allow combining
of two adjacent units and the homeowner association will not have
problem with me doing so.
