Not even close.  They are still cheaper than houses in SoCal were in 1987, not
1997.

never happen.  Not in our lifetime at least.  not even Phoenix is getting that
high priced for houses similar to what is in Marana.  It may get there someday
(Phoenix) but it will get there long before Marana gets there.

If you can't get FIVE houses for the same price as one SoCal, then you are not
looking hard enough.

Tuscon is warm. not hot.  But, not 1/3 of SoCal, not by any means.  And,
Phoenix is a hotter market than Tucson right now, and has grown faster than
Tuscon in 2004.
