You need to deliver more heat to the room, but more specifically make
sure that the heat is delivered to where it is needed, that is, near
the windows, where most of the loss occurs. Insulate the existing
duct, add another one also going out to the far end of the room near
the windows. The room is big enough that it is not homogeneous, the
heat needs to go to the coldest places in the room where it is needed
to counteract the loss. If you cut off the heat near the window, it
will feel colder than ever on that end of the room, won't help that
the part nearer the house is now warmer.
