Yep.

You have a leak somewhere -- possibly in that expansion tank. If it's a
bladder-type tank, there may be a hole in the bladder. Air can also enter the
system through leaks in the bleeder valves at the baseboard radiators, so
check those to make sure that they're closed tightly and not leaking.
