Subject: "the drop" how about Florida?

I have been browsing the threads about a drop in real estate prices 
coming, and I am curious to read the opinions of the group in regards to 
a drop in real estate prices in Florida - specifically the Tampa Bay area.

Is there one coming?  I cannot see waterfront property going down.  It 
has risen dramatically over the past 2 years, and the prices of 
individual condos is still outrageous.

What about the more residential areas off the water?  These 2BR/1BA 1100 
sq. ft homes in Pinellas County that go for $100K+ just seem like they 
are way, way overpriced.  As interest rates rise, I assume the home 
values will drop.
