Subject: Transfer overdraft to credit card

Hi folks

My cousin has a £3000 overdraft with the Abbey.  I am sure I have read
sommewhere of a credit card(s) that allowed overdrafts to be carried
over to the credit card as a balance transfer at a lower interest rate
than the overdraft.

The plan is to transfer the £3000 to the new credit card then
subsequently transfer the debt to his Barclaycard that allows 0%
balance transfers.

Any help and advice gratefully received.
