Subject: Non recourse Loan needed

To all brokers or private lenders,

I need a loan to purchase a $200,000 SFR rental property in Charleston,
SC.  I have $60,000 to put down from my self-directed IRA Trust.  The
IRS rules require I get a non-recourse loan for any debt-financed
investment property. I am an experienced investor with two other
properties outside of my Trust providing positive cash flow.  If you
know of any lenders that can handle this type loan please refer them to
me.
