I take offense to that. I am a Realtor, but I am also a smalll time
investor, and have study investor greats like Carlton Sheets, and others.
Not all investors are as you say. I have a master's degree, and two B.A.
degrees, and have taught school, and worked in government before taking the
plunge into the game of real estate both as investor and real estate
professional.
