At Century 21 they gave me nothing I could use. People don't buy a name or a
fancy brochure. They buy YOU.

Once you get listings it's very important that the buyer's agent can get
ahold of someone, weekends too.

You need a desk like a hole in the head. If you have a home computer/office
you don't need a desk. Unless of course things are too crazy at home.

No one wants to read chickenscratch. Join a service that provides FILLABLE
