So, help me please too!
If you're spending $32,000 and it does *not* include maintenance, and
it does *not* include mortgage, and it does *not* include vacancy allowance,
and it does *not* include ... yadda, yadda, yadda.
Help me out. Just whate *are* you spending for your $32K worth
of "expenses". Ouch! That's steep if none of the other stuff is covered!
