Buying a home is generally the most complex and certainly the
most expensive transaction that anyone will make in their lifetime.
The risks of such a deal are enormous and could impact someone for
the rest of their life. It would be silly for an inexperienced
buyer to get involved in such a deal without having some type of
representation. That is what realtors are for. In this case, I
would argue that having the help of a realtor is essential for
these people.
