Not only Vegas, but all over North American they do not list the
address as it tells the criminal's where the vacant houses are. If you
are going to make an offer on any houses you are better off dealing
directly with the vendor's agent as he is in a position to cut the
commission to close the deal. If you have two agents involved the
vendor will have to pay full commission as there is no room to cut the
commission as two agents are sharing it. Where I live in Vancouver the
Chinese agents are advertising MLS for .5 %. You do not get deals
through agent's. It is very difficult to say steal a property on the
price. You are better off to pay market value and hold for long term
like the Chinese do. They out bid each other sometimes. Dealing on a
house sale always deal with the listing agent even if you do not like
them. Buying direct if something goes wrong as it often does you have
nobody to use as you did not deal with an agent you cannot sue them.
The seller is long gone with your money and nowhere to be found and
you are stuck with the problem. If you buy through an agent they are
covered by insurance and licencing rules you so are better off. It is
all a matter of greed. So called smart people like to buy pass the
agent. The smart one's deal with them, but only the listing agent.
