Yes.  In fact, they come up on E-bay from time to time.  That
is a good place to go see a sampling of motels that are for sale
across the USA.  Check competed auctions to see if any actually
sold.  I just read somewhere that motels are selling for $60K
to $70K per room.  That puts an 80 room property at about $5-mil.
