Hello!
I was hoping this would be a good place to meet property owners in
need of a caretaker/manager.

We are an energetic, take-charge couple in our mid 40's with no
children and no pets.  We have experience with renovation and
construction, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc; as well as organic
farming and gardening, administration and business, We have experience
in vehicle maintenance, including tractors and engine repair, too.

Currently we are running a retreat center in the Berkshires and we are
renovating an old Shaker house that we are living in.

We enjoy the benefits of living by the ocean. We are almost finished
with our current renovation project and looking for our next
