So what you are saying is that, you want to know how to circumvent the
agent who got your interest by placing an ad. You only want to deal
with the listing agent because you figure you have a better opportunity
to beat him up. If that is the case, you need to change the way you
look at things. The only reason to try to get directly with the listing
agent is so that agent doesn't have the ability to sell the deal out
from under you, like he does when you use a sub-agent.
