Thanks to comments from this newsgroup and elsewhere, I have
significantly enhanced my online rental property investment software.
I have included two advanced features applied from my computational
engineering background:

1) Iterative Solver: To tell you the equivalent rate of return in bank
to match your investment property returns

2) Sensitivity Analysis: Calculates sensitivity of your bottom line,
i.e net worth, to all the variables that go into determining it. IOW,
it tells you what helps/hurts you more, a 10% rise in mortgage rates
or a 10% rise in rent? I was surprised to learn that the answers are
not obvious and very situation dependent.
