So since the buyer found the property on his own, she really didn't "find" him
the property, even though she called me from the classified ad I placed?

He saw my place on Sun., and she called me Wed. and said she found a potential
buyer, and would I be willing to sign a form for her commission.  I told her
that I would consider it, however she neglected to mention the fact that he saw
my property already!
