Complete & utter scam.

Person has NO CLUE how mortgages work, how wholesale mortgages work, fico
scores, lending, anything.

I have no idea WHY he posted this, but it certainly was NOT to lend money.

Claims to work for Novastar, but does not understand that co-brokering
residential deals is not legal.  Does not know the terms, rate, or anything
else about the product.
