Oficially no. To have a PO box you must have a real UK address linked
to it. This address will not be kept secret by the PO, they will tell it to
anybody who asks (it is a requirement that they do so). You could have
a 'friend' set up the PO box for you, and if you don't have a suitable person
to act for you, there are many who will do so for a fee.

As in to your foriegn address? No chance, you can either choose to collect
from the 'box' or have it redirected to the real address, you cannot redirect
to a third party. Though you could just set up a normal 'redirect' but there
is a time limit of IIRC two years for which they will do this, there is a surcharge
for redirects to overseas addresses but I don't know how they collect this?
What you need is a paid for secretarial service. Comes in at around 15 GBP
per week, plus postage at cost, plus a surcharge.

I think that this is much easier. Even companies with a physical UK presence
have their phone lines redirected to overseas call centres.
