You have to know the back-ground to where this opportunity came from to
understand why it is unique. I did not really come on here to sell the
investment but to find out what sort of returns are available. Now that you
have posed the question I will tell you that this is an investment within
the legal profession. The main investment house based on the Isle of Man
will shortly have a member of the Law Society's Panel as it's CEO.
I do not wish to put all the details in this offer on this forum so if you
do want the full details please request the information from me at
peter@surestar.co.uk.
I will be putting this out to the public within the next 5-10 days. Oh and
thanks to you guys I have reduced the rates. The investing public will no
doubt be very grateful to you.
We are looking for an initial traunch of £2million. We already have the
first £500,000 so I am looking for a further £1.5 million pounds. The rates
we are quoting for this first phase may not be the same rates for subsequent
releases. We might not be quite so genererous next time. The rates may well
be lower so if you are serious investors it will be first come first served.
However, there will be plenty of opportunities with this in the future as we
will be looking to raise anything up to £200 million within the next year ot
two.
Sorry for playing but It has been fun reading your reactions. Some of you
really are pocket experts. lol. Happy investing guys.
