Are you telling us that you didn't know the owners were still living
there when you bid on the property? Are you telling us that you bought
this house without a plan? If I were you, I would first get insurance.
then I would immediately talk to the local sheriff and show him your
deed. He may tell you to petition the court for a "Right of Possession"
and come back when you have it in hand. He will then go and physically
remove these fine folks from your newly acquired home. Hopefully, the
haven't punched holes in every wall, between every 2X4 and above and
below the fire stops. By the way Dan, was it the first or the second
mortgage holder than brought the property to the courthouse steps to be
sold?
