Where are you?   In this market (Tampa Bay) there are a lot of
FSBOs who have overpriced their home and won't work with agents,
but they're not selling them either.   I call them once a week or
so just to stay in touch, but it's pretty sad to watch.   Pretty
soon they'll get tired of answering calls from real estate sharks
and tire kickers and they'll start thinking about listing.   Then
we have to have the price discussion.
