That's one way.

Another way is to throw darts at the Yellow Pages.

One more way is to just call a couple of loan brokers and try to figure out
if the guy or gal you are talking to is giving yo the straight skinny or a
line of crap. If a baseline is needed to filter the straight skinny from the
crap, call me. I'll take time to explain in detail what is happening in the
market place today, and the affects these happenings might have on your
particular situation. I specialize in the straight skinny. If I feed you any
crap, it will be an honest mistake. The bottom line is, my loan will cost
you exactly what I say it will cost.
