My fiance' just got her mortgage broker license. Mind you, even though she's
not experienced she will be bringing with her the business of at least two
full time realtors. What is the typical split with the Principal Broker?
What should the split be for overages and underage?

Anything else someone new to this profession should look for or look out for
in an employer?
