However, HELOC should cost no more than $500 if you handle that to your bank
(where you have your checking/saving accounts) with a FULL Documented
process and over 680 credit score. You can go to www.etrade.com as well and
check with them if you want to. Check the rates as well...

In Florida is too late 3 days AFTER you CLOSE the Refi. You you check on the
State where the property is what are the rules.
