Pehaps I just feel that there is a lack of forethought that goes into
government policies and legislation.  This is just one.  Another I can think
of is the CSA.  But this case is a little different where it'll be the
government trying to get money back from the punters.  Naturally they'll go
for the easy targets but the statistics of recovering money will, I'm sure,
make interesting reading.

I shall look forward to the embarrassment of this government which will
still be in power for the next two years or more.  It will demonstrate its
ineptitude and be another nail in its coffin.

Don't you anticipate chaos?  If so when did you form this opinion?
