Subject: Specific Eviction Questions ( New Hampshire) - For nonpayment

I live and own property in New Hampshire, and I have a couple of
specific questions.

#1 In New Hampshire, you are supposed to Sign and Date both the
"Demand for Rent" and the "Notice to Quit" before delivery. In both
instances, it is necessary to leave a copy at the door and take a
copy. Do you actually have to make a copy of the completed form that
you leave on the dorr? Do you sign/date two separate forms and then
deliver one of the two?

#2 When completing a "Demand For Rent", can late fees be included?
From what I have read, my impression is that they can NOT be included.
If late fees can not be included, how can a landlord ever retrieve
those late fees?

Thanks...
