Al Klein says...
>How would parent feel about one sibling suing the other?
When I die I plan to distibute my estate equally among my children.
If one of them secretly and illegally took 80% and left the
remaining 20% to be distributed among the other children, I would
very much want them to file a lawsuit in order to make the
distribution equal - as specified in the will.
What would you want done if you were that parent? Would you want
the unequal distribution to stand in order that your children not
sue each other?
BTW, should I assume from the lack of answers to the main question
that there is no way of telling anything about a realtor? That one
must simply throw a dart at the phone book not knowing whether the
realtor chosen has never sold a house or is one of the top sellers
in the area? That's the conclusion I am drawing here... I did, on
the other hand, get good answers about determining the rental figure.
