Jeff,

I was reading your many posting on the mortgage newsgroup.  I am also in the
business.  What fee's does your company typically charge? We charge a $450
loan app and $150 procesing and for the credit report and appraisal (actual
cost).  Do you think this is out of line?  We are in Texas.  I am just
looking to get insight from someone else in the business.

Do you do a lot of subprime? We seem to have a lot of it lately, It seems to
be hard to find a good subprime lender.
