I worked for buyowner.com for three years and in that time dealt with
thousands of FSBO's. The main reason they called for help was they were sick
of dealing with unqualified buyers, or weren't getting enough calls. Some
minor issues were that they didn't want to give up their weekends and
evenings showing the home.
