Subject: Re: WE NEED 100K MORTGAGE MONEY HELP!

Ok here is details. I need $100,000. Home is appraised at around $150,000. I
am getting appraisal tommorrow from best place in town. Will pay as much as
10% interest on one or two year closed or open. Want fees rolled into
mortgage is possible. Have low taxable income but long history of paying
bills on time. Run own business, Own 4 vehicles and bunch of other assets.
The problem I have is this. I am in a rent to own agreement for last 7
years. Banks saying the purchase price I agreed to 7 years ago is the amount
the will use loan calculation. I bought house under value years ago. Even
though my house has gone up in value and I have made many improvements. They
trying to screw me by saying the will only use the purchase price to
calculate the loan. Yet if I was refinancing they would be using the
appraised value. The are using a technicality to cover up the equity we have
in our home. We need a lender that will loan us the money based on the worth
of the home today not 10 years ago. The last mortgage on the house from a
bank was 1991 for $112,000. So obviously it is worth much more. The house is
13 years old and in Nanaimo BC. A town that is booming. House prices went up
13% last year alone. $18,000 increase for my house. The olympics are coming
to Vancouver right next door to us and the prices are going to skyrocket. If
anyone can help please look into this. We are a good investment and my wife
and I have a small infant and 3 year old boy. We are stable etc.. We don't
get this mortgage by end of Feb 2004 we lose it all.
