You're just not educated enough to do anything but list houses. When
you learn more you'll understand more. About real estate, about
money, about people and about right and wrong. It's wrong to allow
someone to fall on even harder times than they're now facing if I can
do something to make it easier or better for them. (I have a tenant I
haven't collected rent from in 2 years. When he recuperates and is
able to work again he can start paying rent again. Should I have
thrown him out in the street, when his rent money or lack of it won't
make me either rich or poor? You probably would have.)
