As this is the season to be giving, and in the spirit of Christmas, I
wanted to make available to all readers/subscribers here, a
publication, (e-book) that we compiled earlier this year, as a pilot
project (but now shelved).

This publication will show you exactly how to take advantage of the
little used law called "Adverse Possession" to legally claim abandoned
land/property - which can be worth many thousands of pounds!

The document is only 8 pages long but is complete, easy to follow, and
shows exactly what you need to do. It mostly takes a lot of patience
and time.

At no time does it suggest to contact us to solicit our services or
pay us anything - it's not part of our business anyway.  The little
money that you will pay to make a claim goes to both the government
and your solicitor.

This publication is given freely (though it did cost us a lot of time)
in the hope that there will be someone that can use it, and would be
kind enough to let us know how it benefited them or at least, what
they thought of the e-book (contact details inside).

Please feel free to distribute and share our publication with anyone,
and if you wish, even sell it - as it's valuable information! (full
permission granted within e-book).
