 A couple of years ago my wife and I dealt with a "buyer's agent" and became
curious as to why, while supposedly representing our interests, she did not
call our attention to two suitable properties that we found for ourselves
online on the MLS. Later, we found out that these properties were being
handled by "one percent" realtors presumably splitting lesser commissions.
