I agree that there is a real estate bubble.  This bubble is part of a
global bubble (USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands)
who's first highly visible wave hit with the rise and fall of the tech
stocks in 2000. The next wave is upon us.  The run up in real estate
prices are just one of the very visable aspects of the wave/bubble.  I
have been researching what might cause this bubble to pop, and their
are many many possible triggers.  I have uncovered a few web article's
that I thought were very good and interesting with respect to this
bubble.

Mae.  These article's contain a wealth on information on what I feel
will be a large aspect of what may possibly become a global economic
disaster.

Recent UK article (Sept 19, 2003) stating worries over potential
housing crash.  International news as well as USA news is good
research info.  Could this bubble be popped from outside the USA??
