Subject: wireless switch

I am trying to find out if the following device exists: a
forward/off/reverse switch 110 volt that is wireless.  The reason is:
we have an automatic pool cover with the control located below ground
and need to relocate the operation switch (which is completely
surrounded with cement) into a nearby pumphouse roughly 10 feet away
and do not want to have exposed wiring over the cement.  Is there
anything on the market that would work?  There is a electrical outlet
located next to the switch underground.  Would an X10 device be
adequate?  Thanks :-)
