I learned something today.  Thanks.  It makes sense that many people
are approached by a planner versus seeking one out.  I've seen it
where a planner offers a series of free planning lectures virtually
for free because enough people will be interested in having him or her
manage their affairs subsequently that it is worth it.

But still, what is the difference between those who accept such
solicitations and those who rebuff them?
