No, problem is the location. Lots of layoffs in the area. Not a lot of
traffic due to high vacancy ratio in the plaza. Also, a competator has
opened across the parking lot which is unrestricted by covenants. I can
find cheaper space elsewhere, but assumed the lease to buy the business.
The previous owner has a personal guarantee on the lease, and I do not.
