Subject: Beginner at Real Estate

I'm 24 years old and have waiting long enough to get started.

I'm mainly interested in learning all aspects of real-estate investing
but to start with I was thinking of learning bank foreclosures.

Can someone please recommend several good books/programs that can
introduce me to the process of doing this.  I would say I have a good
concept of how things work, and I also work at the county recorder's
office so I have access to a lot of public information very easily for
doing searches.
