Isn't this the SELLER'S agent that is requiring the SELLER to provide
the SSAN?

I would not want this agent if they are not smart enough to know they
stand a chance of losing the deal if they insist that their client
provide something they don't want to give her - especially since there
is no legitimate requirement for them to provide it!
